A special prayer was organised at Sri Danvantri Arogya
Peedam, Walajapet, to condole the death of the 45th Jeeyar of Sri Ahobila Mutt,
Srivan Satakopa Sri Narayana Yatheendra Mahadesikan, who passed away on May 18,
2013, for his soul to rest in peace.
Peedam founder Kayilai Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal
said the Jeer of the Ahobila Mutt at Srirangam had travelled throughout the
country, conveyed several lofty messages and spread the message of faith and
inspired a large number of disciples.
Sri Muralidhara Swamigal, members of his family, staff and
those assembled at the Peedam took part in the special prayer to pray for the
Jeeyar’s soul to rest in peace.
