According
to the Swamigal, it has been a practice to support the visually challenged
people, differently-abled people, the sick, old, destitute, hard workers like
coolies and conservancy staff during the homam. Those who are struggling under
the bad influence of Sani Bhagwan or undergoing severe testing time because of
ezhara nattu Sani, would be well-advised to do pariharam during the homam,
advices the Swamigal.
He
suggests that those who wish to do pariharam can do charity in the form of
annadhanam, vastra dhanam, gingelly oil dhanam, sesame dhanam or donate iron
pans, enlightens the Swamigal.
