A special Vinayaga Chathurthi homam will be held at Sri Danvantri Arogya Peedam, Walajapet, on September 9, 2013, Peedam founder Kayilai Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal has announced. A special archana would be performed with 23 special leaves.
The Vinayagar idol installed at the Peedam is made out of a rare, single stone and is four feet high. It is called Danvantri Vinayagar, Vinayakar Dhanvantri.
On Vinayaga Chathurthi day, September 9, the archana with 23 leaves would be special as those participating in the programme would find benefits like peace, happiness and prosperity, freedom from diseases and debts, improvement in education, family relationships and confidence levels, besides marriage prospects and progeny.
Peedam founder Sri Muralidhara Swamigal has urged devotees to attend the special homam and archana and derive benefits and blessings from Danvantri Vinayagar.
