Bangles will be presented to the Ambikai idols at the Sri Danvantri Arogya Peedam, Walajapet, on the occasion of Adi Pooram on August 9, 2013, Peedam founder Kayilai Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal has announced.
The bangles offered to all the goddesses at the Peedam would be given as prasadam to pregnant women and to couples who seek progeny.
The function would take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 9. Peedam founder Sri Muralidhara Swamigal has asked devotees to attend the function, collect the prasadam and attain the benefits by paying obeisance to the idols of all the goddesses at the Danvantri Peedam.
