A Maha Sandi homam was performed at Sri Danvantri Arogya Peedam, Walajapet, on Sunday, July 21, 2013, in the presence of Peedam founder Kayilai Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal.
The homam was conducted In view of Adi Pournami from 10 a.m. on Sunday.
One who pays obeisance to Goddess Chandiga Parameswari will find an end to problems relating to ego and illusion. She will ensure his victory at all times.
Different types of dress material which are liked by the Goddess besides a number of other articles were offered during the yaagam.
Mandhra Pushapanjali, Maha Deepaaradhanai and Chathurveda Paaraayanam were performed for Ambigai. Prasadam was served to devotees, as also Annadhanam.
Sri Muralidhara Swamigal appealed to devotees to contribute liberally for the successful conduct of the homam, abhishekams and the other poojas at the Peedam.
