Karthaveerya Arjuna Jayanthi held at Danvantri Peedam on 10th November 2013.

Karthaveerya Arjuna Jayanthi of Karthaveerya Utpatthi is celebrated on Kartik Shukla Ashtami, eight day Shukla paksha in the month of Karthik. In 2013, Karthaveerya Jayanthi date is November 10.

Karthaveeraya Arjuna was a great King who ruled Hehaya. Karthaveeryarjuna is worshipped to remove obstacles and to retrieve lost properties. King Karthaveeryarjuna is great devotee of Lord Dattatreya.

Karthaveerya Upasana is one of the auspicious and meritorious sadhanas for Hindus. He gives every power to face challenges in life and to make life happy and prosperous.

A special Karthaveerya Arjuna homam and pooja was held for a large number of devotees  at the  from southern states will take part in the Karthaveerya Arjuna homam to be held at the Sri Danvantri Arogya Peedam, Walajapet, on Sunday, November 10th, 2013, with a view to overcoming obstacles for their family life. The homam was held in the presence of Peedam founder Kayilai Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal.

The homam was conducted from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m on Sunday at the end of which abhishekam was performed. This was followed by presentation of prasadam and annadhanam.
