Walajapet: A
special Ten Lakh Elachi (Cardamom) homam would be conducted at Sri Danvantri
Arogya Peedam, Walajapet, till January 4, 2015, Peedam founder Kayilai
Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal has announced. Vidya Ganapathy homam was
conducted on January 1, Saraswathy homam on January 2, and Lakshmi Hayagrivar
homam on January 3.

poornahuthi on January 3 at the end of the Lakshmi Hayagrivar homam on January
3. A large number of students, teachers and parents took part in the programme.
Thousands of students received note-books and
stationary material. Students, teachers and parents participated in the joint
prayer. Among those who took part in the homam on January 3 were Thiru R.
Pattabhiraman (Chennai) on behalf of the Danvantri family, retired bank
official Thiru Mohan Vellore), Thiru Chengalvarayan (Chennai), Thiru Srinivas
Prashanth (Tiruninravur) and Thirumathi Sheela Naganathan.
