Vishnu Sahasranama yaagam with 108 Divya Desa homam

Walajapet: A special Vishnu Sahasranama yaagam would be held along with 108 Divya Desa homam at Sri Danvantri Arogya Peedam, Walajapet, on September 27, 2014, Peedam founder Kayilai Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal has announced.

The yaagam would take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 27 in the cause of world peace, Sri Muralidhara Swamigal said.

20 acharyas conduct Sorna Pushpa Laksharchanai

A special Sorna Pushpa Lakshaarchanai was conducted at Sri Danvantri Arogya Peedam, Walajapet, along with Sornakarsha Bairavar homam and Sorna coins abhishekam on September 21, 2014.

 Peedam founder Kayilai Gnanaguru Dr Sri Muralidhara Swamigal had announced that the Lakshaarchanai would take place on September 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  As announced, 20 Vedic experts and Bairava upaasakars participated in the programme.

Sorna Bairavar homam, Ashta Bairavar homam, 64 bairavar homam and MahaKaala Bairavar homam were conducted.

20 different types of flowers were used by 20 Sivacharyas to conduct the yaagam, Sri Muralidhara Swamigal said. Fruits, sweets and snack s were offered during the puja.

74 kalasatheeerthams were used in the abheshekam. In the special puja for Sorna Bairavar, milk, honey, garland of vadais and payasam made with jiggery were offered to the deity.

Further, on account of Pradosham, special puja was conducted for the 468 Siddhar lingams, Sivan and Maragadha Easwari in the evening.

Devotees also took part in the annadhanam organised by the Peedam.

The Danvantri Peedam has installed a five-foot Ashta Bairavar, and along with it Kala Bairavar and Sorna Bairavar along with Sornambikai. Every Valarpirai, Thaeypirai and Ashtami besides some Tuesdays and Sundays, Kaala Bairavar homam and Sorna Bairavar homam are conducted at the Danvantri Peedam.

Sri Muralidhara Swamigal had urged devotees to participate in the homam and derive blessings which would help overcome various doshams, jealousies, stress at work spot, disease and poverty and help acquire riches, prosperity and mental peace.

Doctors from Chennai, Rangarajan, Sathish and Vishwaja helped with the arrangements for the Bairavar homams, as also the family of Thiru Umasekhar, industrialist from Puthur in Andhra Pradesh.

கிழமை காலை10மணியளவில் சொர்ண ஆகஷ்ண பைரவருக்கு சொர்ணகாசு சொர்ண புஷ்பம், கொண்டு சொர்ண லட்சார்ச்சனை நடைப்பெற்றது.

மேலும் சொர்ண பைரவர் ஹோமம், அஷ்டபைரவர் ஹோமம், 64 பைரவர் ஹோமத்துடன், மகா கால பைரவர் ஹோமம் நடைப்பெற்றது. இதில் 20 மேற்பட்ட வகைகளான  புஷ்பங்களை கொண்டு, 20 மேற்பட்ட சிவாச்சார்யார்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு இந்த யாகத்தை நடத்தினர்


இதில் பலவகையான இனிப்பு பட்சனங்கள், கார பட்சனங்கள், பழங்கள்,செவ்வரளிப்பூ கொண்டு வழிபாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.


நிறைவில் 74 கலச தீர்த்தங்களை ஆகஷ்ண பைரவருக்கு அஷ்டமங்கல கால பைரவருக்கு மகா அபிஷேக நடைப்பெற்று மேலும் வடமாலை, தயிர்சாதம் பால், தேன், உளுந்து சாதம், வெல்லம்கலந்த பாயசம் ஆகியவைகளை கொண்டு சொர்ண பைரவருக்கு சிறப்பு பூஜை நடைபெற்றது. இதில் பக்தர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு கூஷ்மாண்ட தீபம் ஏற்றப்பட்டு வழிபட்டனர். மேலும் இதை தொடர்ந்து பிரதோஷ நாளை முன்னிட்டு 468 சித்தர்களுக்கும் சிவனுக்கும் மரகத ஈஸ்வரிக்கும் மாலை 5 மணிக்கு சிறப்பு வழிபாடு நடைப்பெற்றது.அன்னதானுமும் பிரசாதமும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.


இதற்கான உதவிகளை சென்னையை சேர்ந்த டாக்டர் ரங்கராஜன் டாக்டர் சதிஷ் டாக்டர் விஷ்வஜா ஆந்திர மாநிலம் புத்தூர் தொழில் அதிபர் திரு உமாசேகர் குடும்பத்தினர் என டாக்டர் முரளிதர ஸ்வாமிகள் தெரிவித்தார்.
